The Mind Behind GAMETIME
While working as a teacher in Los Angeles, California with kids that require special needs, I became physically and mentally exhausted and began to think about what I could do to contribute and give back to the world on a larger platform. I said to myself “Phil Knight had already built the Nike shoe company, Steve Jobs had the Apple computer up and running, Facebook was established and Uber had just completed 6 years of ride-sharing, so why can’t I do it”. In November 2015, while attending church, I went on a 5-day only water fast. On the last day of the fast, it seemed like heaven spoke to me and said “why don’t you take everything you learned in football and create a card game”.
So I drove to a discount store in Compton, California purchased a stack of index cards, a pair of scissors, a pen and a pencil and begin to design and create Gametime Football Playing Cards for family, friends, and football fans all around the world to enjoy.
